Student activities like Academic League in colleges? Specifically SDSU?

<p>Academic League is like a high school jeopardy and instead of one person answering questions it’s a team of 5. I really enjoyed it and was part of it for 3 years. Now that i’ll be a freshman at SDSU, i think it’ll be a good way to meet the nerds and just meet friends in general (I like nerdy people, I find them to be much more relatable) I didn’t want to ask an upperclassmen cause I didn’t want to get made fun of. I got laughed at a bit for being in academic league in high school.</p>

<p>Quiz Bowl
Academic Bowl
Academic League</p>

<p>or something like that. A lot of schools have teams.</p>

<p>Also when you get to college, the first week there is generally an “Activity Fair” where all the clubs have a table and you can walk around and see what you can join. They do that for recruiting.</p>
