Is it possible for the incoming freshman to join the Student Alumni Association at Pitt? I got the letter in the mail inviting me to “renew my membership for the upcoming school year.” As an incoming freshman, I haven’t even joined yet. Then on the renewal form, the only grade levels you can check are SO, JR, SR, and GRAD ST. so there’s no option for freshman. Therefore, I’m not sure if this was sent by mistake or if freshman can actually join.
You might have enough credits that you “look” like a sophomore?
Yes, you can join the student alumni association as a freshman.

Does anyone know if there’s a deadline to sign up for the Student Alumni Association? Can we wait to sign up during orientation week or should we do it earlier?
