Any help appreciated - we ordered the SAS report for my S20 December SATs and as usual the College Board took my money but did not tell me when to expect the report. We do not see it on his account nor has he been sent it in his email.
We have had many issues with the College Board before when calling to try to get an answer - for example we had to resend SAT scores to my D18’s top college choice because even though we paid and had the receipt showing we requested they send the scores the College Board did not send his scores to the college. So we double paid and I hear this happens often. So now I fear that the SAS report is lost in the money making machine that is the College Board because no one answers the phone there!
