<p>I know that since Maryland is such a big school, there is no “typical student,” but is there a predominant or prevailing “group?” And is it the kind of college where anyone can find their own group and fit in? And common trends within the student body? Thanks!</p>
<p>There is definitely NOT a prevailing “group.” I think it is the kind of college where anyone can find their own group and fit in…but because it’s so big, it might take some time for you to do that. I made some good friends first semester and had a lot of fun, but I can’t say I think I found my “niche” quite yet. I’m gonna join some clubs to branch out and see what happens in the Spring.</p>
