I’ve always wanted to join my High School student council but unfortunately, I never did. Does something like Student Leadership exist in college (aside from just opening up a club)?
Although colleges are different from one another, is it hard to open up a club, how is the workload? I was thinking of opening up a Instrumental Club for musicians as the colleges that I applied to don’t have such a club.

The colleges you applied to don’t have clubs related to music? I find that hard to believe.
Most (if not all?) colleges have a form of student government that you can run for if you want. You could also get leadership experience by joining any club and eventually running for/serving on their executive board in some fashion.
Your doubt is understandable but, specifically, I wanted to open a club for classical musicians to take part in duets, trios and suites not just a regular music club.
Thank you for this information, it is likely that I will participate. It will be difficult but I will manage.
