I’ve taken a few classes at Georgetown and have friends there and you’d be surprised how similar the student bodies of the two schools are. I’d say they have about even amount of rich kids, GW students seem to be more vocally politically active but both schools are very political, and with a pretty active greek life GW definitely has more parties.
GW is the most politically active campus in the country.
However, you will not find a significant difference between GW and georgetown in terms of number of rich kids and parties. And basically every school is politically active in DC, even the more far-flung schools like American
