Student filling out School Report, and counselor just signs it?

<p>Is it possible for me to fill out the School Report forms–even the “To the Counselor” part, then my Counselor just signing them off? My counselor is busy, and she prefers it if I could fill out all the 9 application forms in her regards. She has also prepared an evaluation letter for me.</p>

<p>(She can’t use the online application, obviously.)</p>

<p>No. Your school should have a prepared school report for use in college apps. It would be inappropriate for you to be involved. HS GC offices usually have some students that help out as an EC that would handle this.</p>
