<p>How heavily does being student government president weigh on apps? I’ve been wanting to run at my no-name, first tier LAC, but I am realizing that time devoted to networking is borrowing time devoted to increasing my GPA/LSAT. Is the position worthy of pursuit?</p>
<p>Not really. If it is going to take away from time increasing your LSAT/GPA it is not worth it.</p>
<p>Does it worth the time when it comes to Business schools applications ?</p>
<p>Business school values your actual working experience after graduating from college a lot more than what you did in college. They like to see a steady upward movement in responsibility and involvement at your work.</p>
