<p>ok, this is a lame formatting question, but I figure if I can make life easier for the financial aid department, so be it! Anyway, should we fill out the information review form on a separate piece of paper and attach (since the space it gives you for activities, employment, and community service is quite narrow), or should we just fill it out to the best of our ability on the given sheet? </p>
