What is the social scene like at Yale? Do students go to parties, events, etc., or is most time spent studying? Also, what is residential college life like?
DS goes to parties, and as a parent, I’m sure that I only hear the half of it. He finished his final pset today, has Spring Fling, and three events over the next three days. My impression is that quite a bit of time is spent on psets and papers, more than on studying proper, but the work gets done. When he comes home on break, he’s usually exhausted. Ymmv.
