I want to take study loan for degree course for one semster is that possible that i get the student loan for only one semster

No i am from india
If you are NOT a U.S. citizen, you would NOT be eligible for U.S. federally funded loans…at all.
In addition, if you are not a matriculated student…you would not be eligible for loans.
Are you currently IN college? What is the purpose of this one semester and will it be done at a U.S. college?
Most likely, you will need to find private loans in India to fund this…or your family will need to pay.
