<p>The intent of this type of meeting will vary widely by school. Have you looked at the school’s student catalogue online to see if there is a description of the various disciplinary proceedings? I know Colgate has a very firm rule that requires students with DUI offenses to take a semester off, but I think that is very unusual.</p>
