<p>Since the earliest days of the University, student organizations have helped students pursue existing interests and explore new ones. There currently are some 300 registered student organizations in the areas of music and dance, politics and debate, service and social activities, and ethnicity and religion. </p>

<p>This is a nice survey of student-run organizations at Princeton. It also contains links to the web sites of many of them. From debating and public service to journalism and theater, there is a broad range of active organizations run by students. I hope you enjoy reading about some of them.</p>
