Student Profile on ACT Score Report

When I took the ACT, I didn’t realize that my interest profile would be part of my official score report, and I’m only realizing this now when I download it from online.

I know this concern might seem silly, but do colleges consider this at all? If so, I’d like to know if the following will hurt:

 1. I didn’t use any of the four free score reports because I was hesitant that my score was good enough. Could this indicate lack of interest in the school to which I’m applying?
 2. I filled out little to none of the section regarding interests, so I left my college major and occupational field as “Undecided.” I am actually fairly sure I will major in mathematics, but I was too lazy to indicate it.
 3. I don’t have any work preferences on the “world-of-work map” that they have, so the middle region, “Region 99,” is shaded for me.

Will these come off the wrong way?

bump

Bumping, 'cause I’m also interested.

For a sample of what colleges actually get go here http://www.act.org/aap/pdf/collegereport.pdf</a>. Whether you did or did not use your four free sends is not reported and has no impact, including because colleges know large numbers of applicants don’t use the free sends for the very reason you state, that you wanted to know your score first. That you are undecided at time of taking the test also means little (and you can state otherwise in your college application materials), including because large numbers of high school students are undecided.
