The best scholarships will come directly from the schools themselves. Some used to have national Hispanic recognition but that may have gone away with the surprise court decision. It did at some schools.

National Hispanic Recognition Program used to be something that could be gotten with a high enough PSAT score. That went away some years ago and was replaced by the College Board National Recognition Programs.
By itself, neither status really meant anything, but some colleges gave scholarships to students who had that status. But such scholarships have become less common over the years, although some still remain (for example: https://yourfuture.asu.edu/national-scholar ).
