Student's Non-Filer Statement

<p>I am trying to fill out the Student’s Non-Filer Statement.</p>

<p>On the document, there is a line that says “Student’s Cornell ID Number.”</p>

<p>What do I write there? Do I write the account name I will use to login on decision day to find out whether I will be accepted or rejected?</p>

<p>What exactly is a non-filer statement anyways…?</p>

and a nonfiler is when you’re not filing for tax returns.</p>
