D is traveling to Joplin Missouri to intern, and will share an apt with 2 other female interns arriving from around the country.
Not having much luck finding 3 BR apt to share. Anyone familiar with Terrace Green Apartments in Joplin? Their website says “walk to MSSU” so I thought I would try to find some students who might be familiar with this complex. Could you tell me if $900/mth for a 3BR/2 BA apt in the area of E. 7th St/Walnut Ridge is a good deal. And is this a safe area ?
