I’m applying to a study abroad program that takes a long time to update my portal. This is preventing me from submitting my application. The program has rolling admission so I want to get my application submitted as early as possible. When I ask about the status of the things I have sent, the program manager sounds annoyed. Does this mean they don’t want me in the program and I should simply look elsewhere?
