<p>I am future electrical engineering major. But I was wondering what countries are known to have good EE programs to study abroad: I was looking into Europe/Asia. Three nations I’m interested in traveling are Russia, Germany, and Japan. Are there any other places where I could go? Which country is known to welcome American students? What countries have good EE universities? </p>
