Im taking another SAT … unfortunately. But the problem is I’ve done the BB and the CB online course tests. What books should I use to study for each subject and as a whole?
Are Princeton Reviews good?

A friend used Princeton Review exclusively, and went from 2180 (710cr, 720m, 750w) to 2300 (800cr, 750m, 750w). She said that the reading sections were much tougher than the real thing, but she felt better prepared because of it. I can’t speak from my own personal experiences though.

how about for other sections? Dr.Chung’s good enough for math?

You can use gruber’s for math. I have no experience with Dr. Chung’s. You can try looking for the red book which is the second edition of college board’s sat guide. You can use PSATs if you can find them. And if you search on college confidential, you can find collections of free tests. Oh and some SAT brochures/pamphlets have free tests, too.
