Study Plan for Oct/Nov SAT I and II?

<p>About me, I’m going into Grade 12 in September and am taking a heavy courseload. I would want to get into an American University, and they require SAT 1 + a few SAT II’s.
Therefore, I’d like to get most of the studying done this summer.</p>

<p>My SAT score is 2190;
690 Reading
790 Math
640 Writing (10 on essay)</p>

<p>I will be away in July, but hope to take the SAT I in October.</p>

<p>For November, I’d like to take the
SAT II Physics, Chemistry, Biology exams.
(I already have 800 in Math 2)</p>

<p>I’ve dedicated the month of August, but what is the best way to study for this?

<p>honestly, i think nobody can give you the best way to study this, unless you add information about which courses you take for science. since you’re taking all three science exams in one sitting, it’s obvious that you should dedicate more time to the one you absolutely need to nail down. i must say you’re quite ambitious to have all three down. from the people i know, they usually take one of the physics/chemistry/biology and then pair it with math level two to fulfill the standard two SAT II’s requirement. </p>

<p>for studying plan, i suppose for reading and writing, just keep working on passages on every weekend for august. for subject tests, it’s a bit of a cramming since there’s such a bulk of work to cover. i suppose you would have to begin some systematic method RIGHT after SAT I October. buy a prep book, preferably barron’s. </p>

<p>just so you know, your SAT score should be 2120 instead.</p>

<p>Okay, I guess I might be too ambitious; but I’m taking the three sciences in Grade 12 anyways, so SAT II prep would help there. I need two science SAT II’s, think I’ll do Physics/Chem, those are the ones I’m more confident in. </p>

<p>My score is actually 710 Writing (10 on essay), I have no idea how I mistyped that.
Would studying for SAT II’s with my SAT I during August help? Or should I concentrate on one thing at a time?</p>
