<p>I’ve recently been interested in studying abroad in Australia. I’m a sophomore. What is my first step in doing this? Also, I’ve already signed an apartment lease for my junior year that ends Summer 2011, so my only option to go would be senior year. Is this a bad idea? Is this common? I don’t want to be the only senior exchange student, but I don’t see another time I could do this. Thanks.</p>
<p>Make sure the credit hours will count as “in residence” credit hours - for UT affiliated programs, they will.</p>
