Studying Game Art in a Foreign Country?

Hey guys.

So I’m currently a student in high school, about to step into senior year, looking at colleges for Fall of 2013. For a while now I’ve been interested in going to NHTV University in Breda, Holland to study all 4 of my Bachelor years there. I’m extremely interested because not only is tuition really cheap and living would be affordable but because it is a really proclaimed college for Game Design. They specialize their students in the exact area of Game Design that they want to go into (Visual Art for me). I’m wondering if studying abroad would be a good idea for me? I personally believe that the international perspective and experience I would gain would help in my career in the future but I’d like to hear some other opinions as well.

Thank you for your time.
