Studying in college with a disability

Hi,
I’ve been in and out of community college for the past five years (going on six), since I’ve been out of high school.

When I first took three remedial courses I passed them easily, but when I began taking harder classes (both remedial and college level) into another semester. I was not able to keep up and even once took four classes and couldn’t keep up. When I was taking the four classes the pressure was too deep and I dropped out. A year or two later I took a basic math class (the most basic since the testing standards at my school changed) and a college writing class and still couldn’t manage my time and do studying / homework / classwork. I’ve bought studying books from Amazon and they’re alright, but the best one I’ve probably read is Learn more study less (it’s an ebook).

Other than that how should I study / what amount of classes should I take I’m thinking of taking three at the most?

When / if I transfer to a state college taking three to four courses (three scientific / math courses and one liberal arts course once I get into a state school) is the most I’ll do since I can’t / wouldn’t most likely be able to take the course load since I’m disabled (learning / processing).

I either want to major in Electrical Engineering (also with a extra mechanical engineering element not a full ME degree) or Computer Science, but my biggest educational goal is getting a P.H.D. in either one of these subjects and I also want to run / own a company for computer science research / engineering / computer security (a small company).

Thanks for reading / replying. I’ll post more when / if there are replies.
