<p>S1 was googling his name and came upon a website that is his first and last name dot com. It is a very common name. When we clicked on it all that shows up is the following message “The dumber people think you are, the more surprised they’ll be when you kill them” There is absolutely nothing else on the page to open or look at so I have no way to contact this person (not that I really want to). Creepy…</p>

<p>It’s not hard to track who a website is registered to however I don’t know that they’d be able to do anything about it… It might just be a saying or something.</p>
<p>I put that quote into google and it turned up on many sites in lists of quotations and it is by William Clayton. Thus, it is not some message necessarily by some creepy person, as it is an existing quotation.</p>
