Ok…so i received an email from a business colleague from the workplace…and didn’t notice there was a second sender.
I had to log in with my email and email password which of course I should NOT have done…immediately noted it was A HACK.
Immediately changed my email password! And let them know too.
Am I ok??

There’s no telling. Could have accessed other files on your computer or planted a virus. Do a virus scan at least.

Ipads and iphones I do not believe are subject to the viruses that computers get. But that reminds me, I need to run one on my home computer- I tried to open what looked like a private video from a friend (whose daughter is expecting a baby) and it was a hack.
Right about the IPad…and that’s why I immediately changed my email password…immediately. So the hackers hopefully won’t have gotten into my email stuff.

Ok…1 threat…quarantined. Will look at it later and delete. Program says it can cause no harm while quarantined.
I’m glad you’re taking it seriously. When someone got on my phone after I was on public Wifi (stupid!), they played havoc with my email and got my credit card information. I still periodically get notices that someone is trying to log into my Instagram or Twitter accounts. They managed to change one of my avatars to a girl in a skimpy bikini, ha! What a nightmare.
You should be fine on your iPad, but if you really want peace of mind then you could reset to factory conditions and reload from a cloud backup.
I just received notification from Streeteasy that their data was hacked. I changed my pw on Streeteasy and also changed other accounts with the same pw.
