Stupid Q: Under Name/Title/Address, Title is like Mr. or Ms., right?

On the application they ask to name your recommenders. They have a space for NAME, TITLE, and ADDRESS. So for TITLE is that like Mr., Mrs.? I’m paranoid. Thanks.
