People always seem to point out UMich & Berkeley, but they’re CE

<p>It’s just that one department governs both degree programs, that’s all.</p>
<p>At UMich you can dual major in EE and CS. There you go, EECS, from the EECS department.</p>
<p>Northwestern has an EECS department. I guess other schools call them different things.</p>
