Subject test scores -- does an upward trend help?

I took 2 subject tests in May and didn't do as well as I wanted to on them (680 and 690 on Math II and US). I'm studying a lot for the June ones (I'm retaking both). If I get higher scores (750+) in those 2 subjects, will colleges that require all scores to be sent look more favorably on the scores as a whole? The May ones just didn't go well for me, and I don't want them to hurt me when I'm applying.

No. (filler)

it's better than a downward trend. but yeah what meteman said.

Generally, only the highest score is considered. Test scores are not analogous to GPAs in the way that your question suggests.
