Submit Common App online, but send teacher evaluations by mail?

I made the mistake of not waiving my rights for FERPA. It was a complete accident, but I cannot undo because two of my teachers already uploaded their letters. I’ve been trying to tell Common App my situation, but they haven’t given me ANY good response.
I’m thinking of submitting my Common App online, but sending my teacher evaluations by mail and waiving my FERPA rights on paper. How can I do this? Will colleges get annoyed?

I am using the online Common App, but I was thinking of sending teacher evaluations by MAIL to colleges. I made a mistake in my Common App account and I can’t change it (FERPA ugh). However, I know that practically all of my teachers (including my recommenders) will be sending their letters online for students. Does that mean they can’t write a paper evaluation for me?

My selected teachers have already submitted their letters/evaluations on the Common App website.
However, due to some complications on my account, I really want to send evaluations via mail.
Can I mail some hard-copy teacher evaluations to some schools, and not for others? Are my teachers allowed to use the electronic Common App for school forms AND hard-copy evaluations forms? I want to finish the rest of the application online, but only mail my letters.
