<p>The deadline for submission of all application materials is pretty much the same – you need to get them in before they start reviewing applications.</p>
<p>For EA, you should submit any supplemental materials pretty close to the deadline (and probably before, for good measure). For RD, you can send materials until about the end of January.</p>
