I am applying to colleges for transfer. Some schools have a 3/1 deadline, and some have a 3/15 deadline. When do you usually submit your applications, transcripts, and college reports?

Can I submit my transcripts and college reports before I submit my application?

Obviously, applications should be sent before the deadline, but is it also best to send transcripts and college reports before the deadline?
