Submitting Both Tests to Colleges?

I took the October SAT and received a score I wasn’t too happy with (2090 w/ 620 CR, 800 M, 670 W). However, my October ACT came back as a 36.

I don’t want to submit my SAT score to college, but I need to submit my subject tests (760 Bio M, 800 Math 2).

I guess my question is: If a college allows for CollegeBoard score choice, should I just submit my subject tests and not mention my October SAT at all, including in the application?
or
Will all colleges ignore my low SAT score and just focus on my ACT score in regards to admission?
Will the addition of the SAT being reported with my subject tests hurt my admission chances despite my ACT?

Thanks for the help!

Since you have such a high ACT score, I don’t think there is that much harm in sending all your SAT scores, but you might as well take advantage of score choice since it is an option. Just check with the institutions you are applying to make sure they don’t require you to send all scores. This list is slightly dated, but here is a general outline of those schools here:
