<p>I’m applying to a lot of schools. The professor I’m asking for letter(s) of recommendation from asked if it would be acceptable to submit photocopies of the Common Application’s professor evaluation form (instead of filling out separate forms for each). Would this be OK, or does it look bad?</p>
