What does UNC want a sophomore transfer applicant that has above 30 units (about 62 total units) to turn in as part of their application. I don’t want to turn in my SAT scores and ACT scores from high school because I didn’t do great, but I don’t want to put myself at a disadvantage either. Here are my stats:

SAT cummulative 1870, ACT 28

I graduated high school with cummulative gpa (9-12) of 3.2781 and (10-12) gpa of 3.4462 with a total of 254 credits, many of which I took at the local community college.

Previous attendance to a community college at which I bombed (I was attending as HS student)–> I took 18 units at this college and got 3 terrible grades because i was a moron

Current GPA at community college with 25 units of 4.0, will be totaling 41 units at the end of spring at this college.

I don’t want UNC to see my terrible performance at my former community college and my poor academic history and view me as a bad applicant. What could I do to make myself stronger. Is it worth retaking the SAT or ACT? Do I even need to report my test scores? Is it to my advantage or disadvantage if I do? Am I a viable candidate for UNC? How like is my acceptance? Please help!

I am also applying to UVA, Boston U, UTexas Austin. How do you think I’ll do there?
