I’m a little confused on whether or not the privates I’m applying to require me to submit ALL my subject test scores. I’m applying to the arts and sciences department for Cornell, Tufts, and Scripps, and they each only require up to two subject tests of my choice. I recently took the December Biology M SAT test and I do not think I did very well, at least not in the 700s. I do have two other subject test scores that I want to submit.
I am also applying to all the UCs except for UCSC, Merced, and Riverside. I’m just worried that a low bio score would affect my admission chances because I am applying as a Biology major.
Thanks!
I am also worried that if I send my score after I receive them (Dec15), the schools wouldn’t receive it in time.
My son took a subject test last Saturday. He had them sent directly to UC and a couple other schools.I don’t think there is time for the UCs. There may be just enough time for privates with January 1st application deadlines. But I think it is cutting it close. It can take the College Board about a week to send the scores out. Then the schools take another week to process. My son applied early action and we sent the scores the day he submitted his application. It took a week for the scores to be sent. Then another week to show up on his portal as received. He sent an email to the school to let them know they were in the virtual mail.
