<p>Every class has a slogan. For 2010 it was: “2010 strength within.” Any ideas for 2011? I’ll start with: </p>
<p>“2011, one step till heaven” but that’s pretty lame!</p>
<p>Unfrotunately, I don’t think cadets have any influence over their class motto…but I could be wrong. In basic they just told us what it was the night of the 4th of July. I don’t know who chose it and how they did.</p>
<p>My element leader at SS (class of 2008) said that his class’ motto has changed about every year. They can’t decide on one that will get approved. haha 
Don’t remember the story exactly, but apparently they had an inappropriate one that all of the cadets were fans of, and the leadership shot it down.</p>
<p>basics are issued a motto. later, they can change it if the class agrees and permanent party approves (thats the tricky part).<br>
07 tried “license to kill”, but that was shot down, along with several others.</p>
<p>Some seniors still have patches that say 2(very small), then a LARGE 007.</p>
