My S25 is applying to FSU, UF and UCF and we have a little less than week in October to fly down there and do tours. Is this overly ambitious? For anyone that has done all three in the same week, any suggestions on which on the see first or if there are any others worth checking out? We will be flying from CO so the time zone change is always tough on my teenager.
Not at all - they’re all close to one another (couple hours). One a day should be easy enough.

You can go Orlando, Gainesville, Thassee or reverse it.
If you’re a Southwest Airlines person, Panama City Beach will be your closest to Tallahassee.
On the flip side, if you want one airport to save on rental car drop off fees, I’d recommend Jax…you can drive down to UCF, up to UF, over to Thassee - and an easy drive back to Jax. I just did this trip for work the other week…easy peasy.

It’s not deathly far from UCF.
Ideally, you’d fly into Olando and out of Thassee - but if Southwest - Panama City. Or reversed.
But this would be the no drop off different airport alternative.

Good advice above. Keep an eye on the weather. You should be ok during the week but football games can cause hotel issues. Clemson is at FSU in October.
I’m biased but I’d do FSU last. Pretty campus and happy kids. S21 loves it. The OOS tuition waiver makes it ridiculously inexpensive.
It really comes down to fit and major. Good luck.

Right now that’s the order we’re planning. UCF, UF and FSU last. We’ll be heading straight to Knoxville for the Alabama game to see my older D, so hopefully no issues with Florida hotels!
Agree-plan trip/schedule around football at all 3 schools, if you’ll be traveling over a weekend.
FYI- UCF has an open house one Saturday in October which is way better than just the regular tour. It’s called Knight for a Day.
