<p>James Watson said “Avoid boring people”. </p>

<p>So I’m now going to get out of those boring people, but I need recommendations from THREE boring people, so to speak. To get to my niche, would those boring letters help in grad admission? </p>

<p>If you have any experience, how you managed to get out and find your niche in grad school? please share you experience. </p>

<p>What if your graduate school department is full of boring people? How do you expect to stick by Watson’s advice and survive 5+ years?</p>
