<p>After using Clinique all of my adult life, I am now switching to CeraVe, as others have recommended. My dermatologist recommended it. The AM formula has SPF30. Best of all, it’s less than $12 at drugstore.com. My dermatologist also said some of the formulas that claim to be fragrance free are not, which surprised me. </p>
<p>My dermatologist recommends Ceravie as well. I don’t like how it feels on my skin. I love Lubriderm for my body but it doesn’t have SPF.
I like the Murad Vit C line but it is lightly scented. I had a hard time finding a facial daytime lotion I loved. I am pale and need it to have SPF. I don’t like it thick. My other new favorite is Algenist regenerative anti-aging moisturizer spf20. </p>
<p>I think the PM Cerave feels better than the AM, but I’m going to try and get used to it.
My problem is I’m missing out on all the Clinique bonuses this fall. </p>
<p>I second the Olay with SPF no fragrance. Used it for several years. Costco sometimes has it. I recently bought a Eucerin for face with SPF-nice pump dispenser but small. Re pharmacist recommendation - this pharmacist is satisfied with ingredient list. I’ll probably go back to Olay because of cost and convenience- use it for total body when we travel. </p>
<p>I love Eucerin Daily Protection. It’s very lightweight…doesn’t feel all gloppy on your face…easily rubbed in.
The bonus is that it’s SPF 30. </p>

<p>I second the Oil of Olay for sensitive skin. I like that it has sunscreen in it. My DS’s use it to moisturize after using their acne treatments, too.</p>
<p>Im a little nervous about putting on daily SPF after reading how some of the key chemicals in sunscreen are showing up in breast milk. I cannot find the article, but it recommended lactating women only use zinc and titanium dioxide for protection.</p>
<p>I could find some vague references to one obscure study in articles published by some questionable sites (that are peddling their own “natural” sunblocks etc.). That said, there are some issues with sunblocks.</p>
<p>Yes, I am sensitve to PABA (as is D) and we are very cautious about using any sunblock, prefering to minimize sun exposure and use physical barriers when possible (tho tough in HI). </p>
<p>I want to thank everyone for sharing your experience and recommendation. I will definitely try a couple of products as suggested.</p>
<p>Don’t mean to divert from this thread’s topic, my freshman daughter came home yesterday afternoon (I last saw her for an hour beginning October), omg, her acne/pimples on forehead and chin are horrendous, I feel so bad for her just looking at her, it is all stress from being a freshman at college, I know she is trying very hard and her diligence was what helped her during high school, she is an average student.</p>
<p>She has very sensitive skin, been to dermatologist, but doctor did not do too much to help. At first, she stopped using all face and body products with fragrance as suggested, not much improvement, she read up on it, figured out she might be iron deficient that could cause the problem, started taking iron supplement, greatly improved, was good for a while with very few nasty breakouts, now college did her in! She uses certain face wash and acne cleanser, not sure what. She has quite a bit of old scar on her back from skin breaking out a couple of years ago, I just hate to see all the scars on her forehead and face, she is a pretty girl (unlike her mom!)</p>

<p>Find another dermatologist. In this day and age, no one has to have chronic acne like that. </p>
<p>Try Proactive. (but just step #1 - the refreshing cleanser) My son has very sensitive skin and we learned hard way that the he reacted horribly to steps #2, 3 and 4. But the cleanser alone performed miracles. Most larger malls have a kiosk that sells it. </p>
