Suggestions for improving my chances

I am fairly new to this site but I think people here have some valuable opinions on what I can do to make my “college resume” more appealing to Cornell. It is the only Ivy I’m interested in and though it is a reach for me, I’m going to give it a shot. I’m 16, female, Caucasian, senior in high school graduating with honors, and I live in Northern California.

In the way of ECs, I have quite a lot; my test scores are average, and I haven’t had the opportunity to take the SAT II yet-- I’m taking Lit. and Bio. I also took very few AP classes at my school; instead, I took many classes at our local Junior College. Would that weigh equivalent to APs for Cornell? At my school, JC classes are considered AP, but I’m not so sure about Cornell. I would be applying first choice CAS and second CALS.

SAT I scores-- I sat it twice and got almost exactly the same scores, but in different subjects.
First sitting:
M 650
CR 660
W 700
Second:
M 670
CR 630
W 720
Not sure which is best. I actually pleasantly surprised myself with these scores, as I get very nervous during standardized tests. I didn’t bother with the ACT since I did so awfully on the practice one.

High school classes:
SOPH:
Hon. World Hist. --A
Animal Anat. & Phys. – A
A Cappella Choir – A
Ac. Alg 3/4 – B
And at the JC:
English 1A Reading & Composition – A
Spanish 2 – A

And for Junior year:
Agricultural Lab – A
Vocal Ensemble – A
Ac. Pre-calc – B
AP studio Art – A [[only one semester]]
Vet Science – A
AP Biology – A
At the JC:
History 17.2 (1877 to present) – B
Farrier Science – A
English 1B Literature & Composition – B
English 4A Creative Writing – A

Cumulative GPA is 4.24, 4.0 unweighted.

My schedule for senior year:
AP Gov/Econ
Honors Chemistry OR AP Physics… which would you suggest?
Concert Choir
Floriculture
Potentially Ap Statistics, although I’ve never fared well in my HS’s math classes… we have terrible teachers.
And of course at the JC,
English 5, English Literature
Equine Genetics/Heredity

Any other suggestions for classes I could take my senior year to up my chances?

ECs:
90 hours volunteer service at a day camp for kids
15 hours volunteer service for a day camp for disabled kids
14 hours volunteer for Brighthaven Animal Shelter in the equine shift
14 hours volunteer for the local library’s Summer Reading Program for Kids
8 years equestrian; 4 competitive
10 years soccer; 7 competitive; 2 years JV high school
2 years basketball
4 years HS Badminton; 3 on Varsity
3 years Climate Protection Club secretary
2 years Choral Student Union treasurer
Founder & co-president of the Equestrian Club at school

I am in the top 9 percent of my school, though the official rankings haven’t come out yet.

That’s all I have so far… I get my AP Biology test score back in July, so I’ll update with that, but I’m not too confident… then again, I never am with standardized/big tests. Ah well. Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated; Cornell is my dream school, and I’m aware it’s a reach but I think my essays could tip me over the edge. I’m definitely strong in writing, and would apply for the English department.

Also, if anybody knows much about their equestrian team, some info would be awesome.

Thanks!
