<p>I have a meal plan and will hopefully live in either C4, RVC, or New Rez ( i ranked in that order)</p>

<p>You could just start off with a light meal plan and add upgrade to a regular one later on in the year. That way you can judge how much you food you actually need, and you won’t waste money. (Because the money you don’t end up spending in your meal plan won’t be refunded.)</p>
<p>Excluding food and housing, I’d say about $400-600.</p>
