<p>Graduation will likely be held on the Saturday of the Memorial Day Weekend. The Corps is then allowed to go on leave - if summer school is not required. Rising yearlings get close to 3 weeks before reporting for CFT at Buckner.</p>
<p>However, get used to disclaimers. Anything could change. If you’re trying to set a wedding date or something big like that, use these days as a guideline. You will be told over and over again that you shouldn’t make plans until your cadet receives the official dates.</p>

Graduation is May 26, 2007, so that is the earliest your cadet could leave. You report for Buckner on Friday or Saturday three weeks later, so it’s probably the 15 or 16 of June. If you want your cadet home earlier for a sibling’s graduation, a wedding, family reunion, or something like that, you can have them put in for Grad Week Leave. I left early for my brother’s graduation from grad school last year. It’s not usually that difficult to obtain, as long as you have a really good reason.</p>
