Just submitted the application to Summer @ Brown yesterday, two days after the application went up. For people who have applied and attended, how selective is the program? Generally, how long do admissions decisions take? Two of the courses I am interested in are “Number Theory” and “Molecular Biology and Biochemistry”. Has anyone taken either of these courses and really loved/hated it? Are there any classes that people have taken which were particularly amazing in the math/chemistry area?

I attended the program last summer. I don’t think its incredibly selective, but its definitely not easy to get into. I took probability and its applications and loved the course and the experience. Good luck, and if you get into the program, I am sure you will have a great time
