My son went to four summer camps at WCATY (CTY kind). Were they considered college courses? They were harder than HS classes. His high school gave him the credits with passing grades. Do we need to ask WCATY to send the transcript to colleges?
You should send transcripts to college to strengthen applications, however, it is up to colleges to decide what they will do with them. If he took any kind of AP exams or the like its more likely that colleges will accept them as credits.
