Does anyone know of a resource that lists colleges/universities that have summer terms and whose courses are open to students who attend other universities? Specifically looking for an second-level macroeconomics course somewhere because son’s liberal arts college doesn’t have a summer term and he needs to take it to fulfil a requirement.
Lots of colleges and universities have summer sessions open to non-matriculated students, and intermediate macroeconomics is a somewhat common course.
You can start with your state’s public universities, and any private schools that you can think of. But he should check with his home college to make sure that the other school’s course will be accepted for subject credit. For example, a college where intermediate macroeconomics is calculus-based may not accept a non-calculus-based course for subject credit.
