<p>WTP is great, though competitive…I’m not sure about SAT/PSAT scores exactly, though.
There is also MITES at MIT for minorities.
YESS at Caltech is for minorities as well.
I attended Smith College Summer Science and Engineering Program, which is shorter and not as intense, but a really, really great experience.</p>
