If you were top 5% of class, you’d still be able use your auto admit status as a transfer student. Also if you want to change majors once you are in, you can’t do it until you’ve completed 24 hrs at UT. Which is about a year later. Also, Id stay away from undeclared if possible. They have made it clear that they want to take transfer students who are likely to graduate timely. If you are an undeclared transfer applicant, that says "I still don’t know what I want to do when i grow up. "
