<p>I haven’t signed up for any music festivals this summer and I was wondering if anybody knew any summer programs/festivals in LA. I was hoping YMF had a summer chamber music program but I don’t think they do…does anybody else know?</p>
<p>You could try contacting the local instituations (UCLA, Colburn, USC, Pasadena Conservatory, Cal States) or look into Idyllwild (whose chamber program runs in late summer and is good but may be full by now), or ask your teacher. </p>

I do not know anything about it except it is pricey. I just looked at the website and could not find the fee anywhere! (not a good sign).</p>
<p>We have not encountered many music programs in California, at least not for serious pre-college musicians.</p>
