My S has recently accepted an internship with Warner Records in Burbank, CA. He will be spending 12 weeks working this summer and he’ll obviously need housing. I have started looking on Craigslist but everything seems pretty outrageous in the area. Any suggestions???

Yes to the Occidental suggestion. Check listings in Glendale and Eaglerock. Both would be easy commutes.

Claremont is pretty far from there - probably 40+ miles.

Definitely Occidental. I used to work for Disney, also in Burbank, some years ago and our interns had a lot of luck finding sublets from Occidental students leaving for the summer. Check Occidental’s academic calendar to see when the spring term ends. Hopefully, it matches up with your son’s schedule. Good luck!
